Team Building with sand has outstanding results because most people are fascinated by Sandsculpting and they love being at the beach. It's simple, when people are interested you have their undivided attention......

Team building is...not just teaching a group of people to cooperate or to build a sand castle. You must understand that teams are organic - they grow and change – for and team to be effective they must understand the dynamics of their team. We will teach your teams how to quickly organize and effectively use each team member’s strengths and weaknesses to reach a goal.

Participants will learn how to:

• Build a sand sculpture
• Build a team plan
• Execute the team plan
• Organize the team; discovering individual strengths and how to best make use of them
• Practice working together as a group
• Understand the dynamics of a team

Turn-Key Operation
We handle all of the details. We can provide as many qualified sandsculptors/coaches and all the equipment necessary for your team-building exercise. You simply need to show up with the participants.

Our experience and background related to teaming: At SandLubbers we have provided several "successful" teaming courses using sand sandsculpting. We contribute our success to our teams strong background in this area.

Sandvertising Team member Bill Knight has well over 20 years experience in organizing instructing team events. He has set-up and lead teaming events and courses for major corporations such as The Department of Defense, La-Z-Boy, FindWhat.com and Miva. As a certified project manager for over 25 years combined with his experience on elite Military Intelligence teams he understands the importance of "Teaming" as it relates to the efficiencies of an organization.
